These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Minimum Age
You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to access our website and services. Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) must obtain express consent from a parent or legal guardian to use our services.
Parental Responsibility
Parents or legal guardians of minors agree to monitor and supervise the minor’s use of our website, content, and services. By allowing a minor to use the services, the parent or guardian agrees to be fully responsible for the minor’s conduct and compliance with these Terms.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of another individual (such as a minor), you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to do so.

•Individual and group coaching sessions (both online and in-person)
•Audio and video podcasts
•Educational books and eBooks
•Live and recorded workshops and webinars
•Downloadable workbooks and materials
•Pre-recorded and interactive digital courses
Nature of Services
Our offerings are for informational and educational purposes only. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for licensed medical or psychological services. No guarantees of results are expressed or implied.
Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice or liability.
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information, subject to the following exceptions:
•Where the Coach is legally required to disclose information (e.g., court order or risk of harm).
•If the Coach believes there is a risk of serious harm to the client or others, appropriate authorities or guardians may be informed.
Coaching notes will be securely stored and are not shared with parents unless:
•The teen consents, or
•There is a legal, ethical, or safety concern
Accurate Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when registering or using any of our services and to update your account as necessary.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited Conduct You may not:
•Use the Site or Services for unlawful purposes
•Engage in behavior that is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or threatening
•Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
•Interfere with the operation or security of the Site
•Use automated scripts or scraping tools without permission
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access, and legal action may be taken.
Ownership
All content and materials, including but not limited to, trademarks, logos, branding, designs, text, images, audio, video, and course materials, are owned by or licensed to Dr. Smita Chaudhari and Forevermagicalteens™ and are protected by intellectual property laws in your jurisdiction and internationally.
Permitted Use
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Services for personal, non-commercial use only.
Prohibited Use
You may not:
•Copy, reproduce, or republish any content without express written permission
•Modify, translate, or create derivative works
•Distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense any of our content.
Infringement may result in civil and/or criminal penalties.
Pricing and Charges
The pricing for Services will be disclosed clearly before purchase. You agree to pay all applicable fees, including taxes or currency conversion costs.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include: credit/debit cards, bank transfer, UPI (India), PayPal, Stripe, or any method listed at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the total due.
Recurring Payments
For subscriptions or installment plans, you consent to recurring billing as per the agreed schedule. You may cancel via your dashboard or by contacting support.
Refund Policy
All digital products, workshops and life coaching services are non-refundable. Refer to our Refund Policy page.
Scheduling
Appointments must be booked through the designated system or by contacting us directly. All time slots are subject to availability.
Cancellation by Client
You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 48 hours’ notice. All cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any session or event due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness or emergencies. You will receive a full refund or reschedule option.
Repeated Missed Appointments
Three or more missed or last-minute canceled sessions may result in suspension or termination of coaching services.
License Grant
Purchase of digital products grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal use only.
Access and Limitations
Access to digital courses may be time-limited (e.g., 6 or 12 months). You may not share login credentials or distribute content to others.
Unauthorized Use
Unauthorized distribution or copying of digital content is a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in termination of access, legal action, and financial penalties.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your information when you:
•Visit our website
•Purchase services or products
•Subscribe to our newsletter
•Communicate with us via email or contact forms

No Medical Advice
•Coaching services are not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or counseling.
•Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition.
•We do not provide medical, financial, or legal advice.
•Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
•If you or your child is experiencing severe mental health issues or emergencies, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
No Guarantees
The information and services we provide are designed to support growth and learning but do not guarantee specific results from the use of our services.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the services or products in question.
No Liability for Indirect Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
•Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
•Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
•Errors or interruptions in service
•Any damage from viruses or harmful components arising out of or in connection with your use of our Site or services.
Maximum Liability
Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our Site may contain hyperlinks or references to third-party websites, products, or services (“Third-Party Content”) that are not owned or controlled by Forevermagicalteens™. These links are provided solely for your convenience and informational purposes.
No Endorsement
The inclusion of Third-Party Content does not imply endorsement or approval by us. We do not control, and are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, the content of external sites, policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
User Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that Forevermagicalteens™ is not liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of any third-party services or websites. It is your responsibility to review the privacy policies and terms and conditions of any third-party websites before using them. Use third-party websites at your own risk.
By the User
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing all use of the Site and services and requesting deletion of your account and data, if applicable. Requests for data deletion should be sent to smita@forevermagicalteens.in.
By the Company
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Site and services, with or without notice, if:
•You breach any of these Terms
•You engage in conduct that harms us or our users
•We are required to do so by law
Survival of Terms
Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) shall remain in effect.
Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Indian Government and the State of Maharashtra, without reference to their rules regarding conflicts of law.
Jurisdiction
You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts in Maharashtra in all disputes arising out of or related to the use of the Site, Content or Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forevermagicalteens™ and Dr. Smita Chaudhari, the directors, employees, agents, licensors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with:
•Your access to or use of the Site and services
•Your violation of any term of this Agreement
•Your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights
•Any breach of applicable laws, rules, or regulations
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, wars, insurrections, labor disturbances, internet or power outages, or technical failures.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes have been made signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
